what we are working on

Our project is in constant evolution, with many innovative ideas that we select and implement in a continuous cycle following the agile methodology.

Coming soon...

A new type of signature is being studied, even simpler and faster for all low-risk documentation.

July 2024

Through a simplification of the proposer interface, it is possible to specify with greater flexibility and precision whether a signature point is mandatory, optional, or not required for each signatory.

March 2024

Graphical improvements in the proposer’s interface to immediately understand when there are signatories who have yet to complete the process.

November 2023

  • Possibility to create sub-accounts so as to have a single wallet from which to deduct credit and allow each sub-account
to manage their own practices independently.
  • For API users, added a call to allow forcing the sending of a new OTP when the previous one was not received by the signatory.

August 2023

  • For API users, added the ability to dynamically customize the name, logo, and colors of emails sent to signatories.
  • Stricter controls and validations on PDFs used for signature.

June 2023

Activated a secondary SMS provider for sending OTP. This way, if an SMS is delayed in reaching its destination, the signatory can request another one that will be sent with an alternative SMS provider.

May 2023

We have created an integration with an Italian substitute storage provider to give greater legal value to your signature process. Now you can decide how to send the OTP whether only via SMS, via email, or both methods. Finally, we have added a tool to allow you to modify your API KEY independently and securely.

March 2023

It is now possible to cancel practices that have been notified but not yet signed.

February 2023

Display of costs associated with each individual practice directly from the proposer interface.

December 2022

Direct navigation between signature points to make the process simpler and faster even when signing long documents that require many signatures.

November 2022

Added the ability to define signature points dynamically for users of the service via API

October 2022

Application of the OTP service eSeal electronic seal to signed documents.

September 2022

Ability to create and manage additional user accounts independently. Included in all plans.

June 2022

Graphic improvements to the proposer interface and creation of the new website.

May 2022

Ability to resend the notification email to the signatory.

April 2022

Improved management of the practice list with the ability to filter them by status and search them by ID.

March 2022

  • Improved management of authentication sessions: further increased security level, more effective logout with the ability to disconnect all devices and other small improvements.
  • The list of practices now shows progression by summarizing the completion status of each recipient.
  • The signatory’s IP is now detected and the data has also been added to the list of events in the signed PDF.

February 2022

  • We have improved the practice details, we think it is now much clearer.
  • It is now possible to add practices to favorites to find them quickly, just use the stars in the list to do so.
  • Ability to include people from your company among the signatories to associate specific signature points with.

January 2022

  • We have added a small internal shop to be able to purchase credit independently.
  • Possibility to receive an automatic notification of depleting credit. It is possible to set the threshold in the organization profile.

December 2021

Improved interface for creating practices which is now divided into steps: choice of signature type, document, entering recipients, signature points, and a final summary before sending.

November 2021

  • Improved management of email sending to signatories with the possibility to execute a new send directly from the details.
  • When modifying personal data in the address book, you are now asked if you want to update any existing practices that have not yet been notified. Example: if an email bounces back due to an incorrect address, you can correct it in the address book, and pending practices will also be updated, allowing you to proceed with a new send to the correct address.
  • PDFs with custom page formats, different from A4, are now supported, with both portrait and landscape orientations.

October 2021

  • The list of practices and their details now show changes in real-time. If changes affect the number of items in the list, a button appears prompting you to update it. In any case, you no longer need to refresh the list to see changes.
  • In the signer’s UI, a marker has been added that activates after a few seconds to make mandatory signature points even more visible.
  • Improved the list of signers in the address book to show more identification-related data (for advanced signatures).
  • Now a message is shown to the signer of an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) describing the current identification status: if in the initial state, an introductory tip is shown; if there’s an ongoing issue to be corrected, advice on how to proceed is displayed; if they have been recognized in the past, it indicates when, etc.
  • AES with in-person recognition. When creating a practice or adding a new signer to the address book, it’s possible to indicate if the signer has already been recognized in person. In this case, the signer won’t be asked to upload photos, making the process faster. The checkbox is located at the bottom of the advanced data form.

September 2021

  • Fixed an issue in PDF generation for cases where the signer’s name used the Cyrillic alphabet or the special character Ż (dot above the z).
  • We’ve improved the inclusion of your logo in the email, which in some cases appeared too small. If the logo was uploaded to GenericProductName before July 2021, you may need to reupload it to see the benefits.
  • In the ‘Organization’ section of your profile, you can now enter the name of the legal representative and billing details. If provided, these will also be partially used in the signed PDF.
  • New electronic signature completion certificate in the signed PDF: signature points are more visible, and the summary page is clearer and more complete.

August 2021

  • UI improvement: now when leaving a page with unsaved changes, confirmation is requested. We’ve done this to help the more forgetful among us.
  • Renewed homepage with new sections that better explain our solutions, current regulations, etc.
  • Improved and added some missing localizations. For example, the GDPR that we ask signers to accept is now shown based on the selected language.
  • The signer’s UI is now distraction-free; we’ve left only the option to change the language.
  • The process now progresses to the ‘In signature’ status immediately after the first signatory begins to interact with the signature page. Previously, this was done slightly later, just before sending the OTP.
  • We have added the ‘Shop’ item to the UI menu, although it’s not yet a fully-fledged shop. When choosing the top-up amount, an email will be pre-filled for our customer support.

July 2021

  • In your organization’s profile, we’ve added the ability to set a specific email address for support. If set, it will be used in communications instead of the main one.
  • Improved embedded mode to better integrate our signer-dedicated UI within your own web page.

June 2021

  • Various improvements to the UI for configuring signature points and the one used by the signer for signing. We have more substantial improvements planned, but this is a start.
  • Bug fixes and many generic improvements.

May 2021

  • For those using our APIs, a webhook is now available for individual signer status changes, to update your management system more precisely.
  • We’ve implemented a new type of recipient: the ability to perform only the recognition required by the AES without the need to sign the document. For now, this is a customization for one of our important clients, but we may release it for everyone in the future.
  • Bug fixes and various improvements to the AES process.
